Join us on Earth Day – Saturday, April 22nd 2017!

We are planning a park cleanup on April 22nd. There is work to be done for big and small – bring the kids! Lots of sticks and garbage to pickup; Cleaning up around the existing flower beds; Raking leaves; if you have tall boots there is garbage that needs to get picked up in the streams. Spend an hour or spend a few! Any help is greatly appreciated.

If your unable to join us – considering cleaning up near your home – make sure storm drains are free of debris (remember these drains go straight to the long island sound – so clear any garbage that may be near); pickup garbage; if you have a storm drain that is full of debri please make a request to the city to have it cleared. Street lights out? you can also report this to the city. If you have the Stamford app requests can be made on that as well!
